Sibling Discount Policy
Sibling discounts are applied to the tuition fee amount as follows:
- Second Child – 27.5%
- Three or Subsequent Child – 30%
Terms of Payment
Fees are billed annually and are payable by the third week of Term One, 2024.
Option 1 – payment in full by Friday, February 16, please refer to payment methods for full fee payment only.
Option 2 – Payment plans via a recurring direct debit payment either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. These plans will be over a 10-month period. You can find a direct debit application form here.
Early Payment Discount
Families who pay the annual Fees, on or before the due date are entitled to a 5% discount. This is applied to the Tuition Fee amount, after any other discounts, provided there are no other amounts owing.
Payment Methods for FULL FEE PAYMENT ONLY.

Instructions for payment are included on each statement of account.
Camps & Excursions
Students are expected to participate in camps and excursions. Costs vary depending on the activity and every effort is made to keep costs to a minimum. In 2024, the year-level camps will be invoiced with your annual fees and small excursions will be payable via Consent2Go.
CSEF is available to all families who hold a valid concession card. Please complete an application and return it to finance@cathedralcollege.vic.edu.au by Thursday June 20.

Withdrawal or Absence of Students
A full Term’s notice in writing to the Principal must be given to withdraw a student from the College. Failure to provide full notice will result in the charge of a Term’s fee. No refunds are available for student absences.
